My approach to therapy is rooted in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can freely explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

I am committed to helping you uncover the patterns that no longer serve you and identify new possibilities for thriving in life.

One unique aspect of my practice is the integration of creative expression into the therapeutic process. Through approaches like therapeutic photography, mindfulness, and narrative therapy, we’ll explore your story from fresh angles, fostering self-awareness and healing. Together, we’ll work toward building a new narrative—one that empowers you to embrace life fully and authentically.

I specialize in providing individual therapy for young, mid-life, and older adults. Life transitions, whether they bring challenges or opportunities, offer us the chance to realign with our goals and values. Whether you’re navigating setbacks, seeking empowerment, or adjusting to loss, it’s never too early or too late to embark on a journey of growth.

Currently, I offer tele-therapy services to clients throughout Florida and Colorado via a secure online platform. This approach ensures increased accessibility, and flexibility to meet your scheduling needs.

My Therapeutic Process

Grounded in humanistic principles, my approach emphasizes the innate potential for growth within every individual. By blending creative interventions with evidence-based techniques, I strive to provide a holistic healing process. Some of the tools I incorporate include mindfulness practices, narrative therapy, and experiential approaches such as therapeutic photography. These methods create opportunities to deeply explore your story and work toward meaningful transformation.

With extensive experience supporting individuals and groups in both outpatient and residential settings, I have also worked virtually through secure telehealth platforms, providing compassionate care in an accessible space. Over the years, I have developed expertise in addressing life transitions, anxiety, grief and loss, peer relationships, cancer, codependency, and coping skills. Additionally, I specialize in working with older adults, navigating cognitive decline, and managing the unique dynamics of aging. My practice extends to women's issues, self-esteem, and stress management, fostering empowerment and personal growth. I am also passionate about offering validation and support to those in the vegan community, helping them navigate the emotional complexities tied to their compassionate lifestyle.
